Orders are shipped from Lunari fur&fashion – Kamiros Ltd as soon as your payment has been verified, from Monday to Friday (from 8:30 to 16:30).
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on next Monday morning.

Lunari fur&fashion ships worldwide with the TNT courier service and BRT EXPRESS.
Lunari fur&fashion is not responsible for any delays due to customs inspections or operations, or force majeure beyond the control of the Lunari fur&fashion.

Once the product will be given to the courier, you will receive an e-mail with the details and instructions on how to track the delivery.
Your order will be delivered between 9:00 and 17:00 and will require a signature to a receiver. We recommend that you make sure that at the address provided there is someone ready to receive the package.

Customers are requested to inspect the package carefully before affixing a signature proof of delivery of the shipment. If for any reason the package is tampered with or if the tape is not intact, please sign the receipt subject, writing “subject to removal” on receipt of shipment specifying also the reason, such as “hole in the pack “,” tape torn “, etc. In case of evidence of tampering, you can also refuse the delivery.

In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to report the incident immediately to the carrier and contact Lunari fur&fashion at info@lunari.it.

If you are not present at the delivery time, the courier will leave a note of the passage, and he will attempt to deliver again the next day. In the event that also the second delivery attempt fails, you will be contacted at the phone number / cell phone provided at the time of the order.

Customers who place an order establish a business relationship with Lunari fur&fashion and are therefore committed to accept package delivery. If the parcel is not delivered at the second attempt causes dependent to customer (wrong address, phone number incorrectly, etc..), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping charges and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.

All prices include shipping, then nothing is added to the advertised price.

As required by the rules of the trade, all shipments are accompanied by official invoice stating the value of the individual items in Euro.
