How can I place an order online?

In order to make purchases on pellicceria.com website, it is not necessary to be registered. Information regarding payment and shipments will be requested during the order confirmation procedure.
However, in case of registration on the site, the Customer is required to keep his username and password confidential and to control access to his computer in order to prevent unauthorized access through his account, being responsible for all activities that will be done with your account and password.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order simply send, within 24 hours of placing it, a cancellation email – containing the data of the item purchased – to info@pellicceria.com.

Alternatively, you can contact our customer service – always within the deadline of 24 hours – at the number +39 06.7025704 active from Monday to Friday from 9.30 to 13.00 and from 15.30 to 19.00.

How can I return my order?

The right of withdrawal can be exercised by the customer by sending an email with reference to the order number to: info@pellicceria.com within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the products.
Alternatively, and always within the same term, you can send a registered letter to Kamiros s.r.l. (Lunari Pellicce) – via Vercelli 42, 00182 Roma.

All returns (which must be perfectly intact and accompanied by the original packaging) must be authorized by means of a return authorization number (RMA). Once the RMA number has been received, the customer can return the goods with his carrier.

The right of withdrawal is in any case excluded for made-to-measure items.

Can I also order by phone?

Our Customer Service is available to complete your order by phone: you can call us from Monday to Friday from 9.30 to 13.00 and from 15.30 to 19.00 on +39 06.7025704.

After selecting the items you wish to purchase, we will ask you for the delivery address and payment information to complete the order. During all stages of the purchase, the absolute security of your personal data is guaranteed.
You will then receive a confirmation email with the purchase details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Two payment methods are available, by credit card and PayPal.

Credit card. In cases of purchase of goods with a credit card payment method, at the same time as the conclusion of the online transaction, the reference banking institution authorizes only the commitment of the amount relating to the purchase made.

PayPal. In cases of purchase of goods with PayPal payment method (eBay group’s fast and secure payment system), the buyer will be redirected to the PayPal site where he can complete the order and make the payment by logging into his account (by entering the address personal email and password).
By choosing to pay with PayPal, the amount is charged directly to the associated credit or prepaid card. PayPal protects the buyer’s information as financial information is not passed on. The order amount is charged to the PayPal account at the time of the order acquisition.
In case of cancellation, the amount is refunded to the customer’s PayPal account.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipments are made also internationally, information regarding payment and shipments will be requested during the order confirmation procedure.

Do you accept trade-ins?

When making a purchase, Lunari Pellicce also offers the possibility to exchange your old fur garment.
